What happens if no one is home to accept delivery?
We will leave the bouquet in a safe place out of the elements for when they return home. If there is nowhere safe we will call you or the recipient to see if there is somewhere suitable for it to be left.
What do I do with my flowers?
If this is the first time you've received flowers, never fear! We have a handy guide here to help you look after your lovely flowers.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday.

What should I do if where I want to deliver to is not listed?
If the location you want us to deliver isn't wildly far away, we are sometimes able to accommodate this for a small additional delivery fee, dependant on the day and location. Reach out to us at contact@barebouquets.com to see if we can sort this out for you :)
What are the delivery times?
Our bouquets are delivered to businesses between 10am and 5pm. For residential between 10:30am and 4pm. With the bulk of our deliveries occurring between 11am - 2pm.
Can I specify a delivery time?
As it is just the two of us and we do all of our own deliveries, it can be difficult for us if we have multiple requests from different sides of the city. We can sometimes try to honour specific requests, however, no guarantees can be made. This is how we are able to maintain free local delivery.
Can I pick up my bouquet?
Unfortunately, at this time we only offer delivery.
How does it work?
We offer one style of bouquet, that changes daily. This can be ordered up until 10am on the day of delivery, unless sold out prior.
How do I place an order?

Can I add an extra gift to my order?
When you are adding your bouquet to your cart, you will have the option to add a gift there. Alternatively you can peruse our gift selection here.
Can we hire you for wedding or event flowers?
